During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active phc247 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phc247 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. phc247 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phc247 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phc247 content without prior written consent.

The phc247 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of phc247. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

phc247's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phc247 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phc247 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
